Spring Valley
Of the IV Clean Team Bureau County triumvirate, Spring Valley is the largest by far. It’s located on the Illinois River and Barto Landing is one of the most popular boat launches in the area. Once a year, thousands of people visit for the annual walleye tournament and to participate in the Colmone Classic basketball tournament.
The city has a long history with coal mining and originally had four mines operating within it. It was also the site of the Spring Valley riots where local coal miners looted the company store to protest their treatment by the coal companies. It was also the home of John Mitchell, the fifth president of the United Mine Workers of America.

Dalzell and Ladd
Ladd is a small town east of Spring Valley and known for two things: coal mines and fried chicken. Ladd reached its population peak in the 1920s, reaching 2,000 people. With the mine closure in 1924, the city population declined as miners spread out into the area to search for work. Ladd is a quiet community that often calls us for home cleaning.
The Village of Dalzell is nestled right on the border between La Salle and Bureau counties. Its people are wonderful to work for and we have so much fun talking and providing them with the best home cleaning services in the area.
